If your content is reported for copyright infringement and the report appears to be valid, we are required by law to remove it. Content removed due to a copyright removal request will count as a copyright strike. If you submit a counter-notice that appears to be valid, it will not count as a strike.

We track the number of copyright strikes on your account.
  • If you receive more than three copyright strikes within a 90-day period, your ability to share content through the Ravel Web Player will be suspended indefinitely. You may appeal the suspension after 30 days by contacting us at support@lightweaveravel.com.
  • If you meet the conditions for suspension more than two times within a 12-month period, your account will be subject to termination.
