We securely store your data in Google Cloud Platform in the United States. Data related to customer support inquiries is stored by Zendesk in Amazon Web Services in the Asia Pacific region.

We use industry best practices to protect your data, including restricting access and maintaining audit logging systems that monitor and record access to data, as well as encrypting data where appropriate. As a general policy, our employees do not access your data except where necessary to maintain our services.

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists, which is necessary to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our active systems. Backup copies of data, which may include account data, project data, and stored files (such as media), may be retained for up to 365 days before being permanently deleted.

When someone views the content you share on our web player for LightWeave Ravel, it may be accompanied by ads. We care about protecting your privacy and don’t use any trackers or advertising identifiers. This means that the ads you see may not be as relevant to you.

We may also collect anonymous analytics data about usage patterns and usage frequency of features in our products and on our website. This allows us to find ways to improve our products and website. Whether you allow this does not have any effect on the features or functionality available to you. We only start collecting this data after you agree to it, and you can change your mind any time.
