How do I delete my LightWeave account?

Signing in to LightWeave Ravel will create a LightWeave account. Right now, it can only be used for Ravel, but you may also use it for other LightWeave apps in the future.

There are two ways to delete your LightWeave account. You can either do this via the Ravel app or via the Account Management page in the Ravel web player.

Deleting your account via the Ravel app

Open the LightWeave Ravel app and tap Profile at the bottom right
Tap the Settings icon ⚙️ at the top right
Select the Request to delete your account option, which will open up the Account Management page
Make sure that you’re signed in to the correct account by checking your email address, then tap Request to delete account
Follow the instructions on your screen and verify your request via email

Deleting your account via the web

Go to the Ravel web player here: https://ravel.video/
Click the profile icon at the top right
If you're not signed in, sign in with Google or Apple to your Ravel account that you'd like to delete
Tap the arrow (>) next to your username and email address
Select the Request to delete your account option
Follow the instructions on your screen and verify your request via email

⚠️ Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, all interactive videos you’ve uploaded and shared will be permanently removed along with your account, and they will no longer be accessible to anyone, including us.
