We aim to make sure that ravel.video is safe and enjoyable for everyone. By uploading content to the Ravel web player, you agree to follow these guidelines.

✅ Allowed

We allow all types of content that are legal and appropriate for a general audience. Please make sure that you have the rights or permission to upload any content you post.

Content that contains AI-generated elements (including image, video, and audio) is allowed unless it falls in one of the categories under Not allowed below. We encourage creators to turn on the AI Content label if the content includes AI-generated elements.

⚠️ Allowed, but ineligible for recommendation

Some content may be allowed on the platform but excluded from our Watch Next feed. This includes content that depicts—but does not promote or encourage—topics that would otherwise violate these guidelines, such as educational content that raises public awareness.

Content in this category remains accessible through direct links, but will not be recommended or featured in our Watch Next feed.

❌ Not allowed

We don’t allow content that falls into one of these categories:

is illegal or fraudulent;
encourages illegal, fraudulent, harmful or violent behavior or activities;
promotes bigotry or racism;
is defamatory, pornographic, vulgar, harassing, or offensive;
infringes the intellectual property rights (including moral rights) of others;
invades anyone’s privacy; or
links to or directs viewers to websites or materials related to any such prohibitions.

This includes, but may not be limited to, the following:

Physical, sexual, and/or verbal abuse
Hate speech and hateful behavior
Violent and criminal behavior
Harassment and bullying
Suicide and self-harm
Graphic content
Animal abuse
Pornographic content
Misinformation or otherwise misleading content

Content Moderation

We moderate content by reviewing user reports and content flagged through our moderation process. Violating these guidelines may result in the removal of your content or termination of your account.

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it by following this process: Report Inappropriate Content on Ravel Web Player. We review all reports and take appropriate action when necessary.
