If you’d like to delete your LightWeave Ravel account, you can do so via the Ravel app by following these steps:

Open the LightWeave Ravel app and tap Profile at the bottom right
Tap the Settings icon ⚙️ at the top right
Select the Request to delete your account option
Make sure that you’re signed in to the correct account by checking your email address, then tap Request to delete account
Follow the instructions on your screen

⚠️ Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, all interactive videos you’ve uploaded and shared will be permanently removed along with your account, and they will no longer be accessible to anyone, including us.

If you no longer have access to the LightWeave Ravel app, please send us an email at support@lightweaveravel.com using the same email address that you used to sign in to LightWeave Ravel. This allows us to verify your account and start the deletion process on our end.
